Customer Services Manager(July 1991 to July 1996)
In 1991 Turnaround was a very small CO-OP with 2 PCs. As the customer services manager, I was in charge of a team of 3 and responsible for all aspects of customer service related work. Due to my IT expertise, I was also given responsibility for:
•Software & Hardware Troubleshooting/Maintenance
•Letterhead & Business Form design
•Purchasing office equipment
•Software Training
•Recruitment of Customer Services staff
In 1992/3, with 4 PCs, I suggested the introduction of a network to improve the company’s working processes. This allowed Turnaround to centralise its information which had began to be duplicated by each user. |
